Question:

Does anyone know of any great gluten free dessert recipes?

Answers:
Its nearly summer, and there are lots of lovely fresh fruits available ripe from the fields and orchards right now. How about a nice chilled slice of watermelon or a lovely fruit salad? This is a simple gluten free desert. It's also fat free. Let us know what you decide.

i love bread and butter pudding, a few slices of gluten free bread butter them up cut into triangles, put in a oven proof dish, cover with sultanas, sprinkle on some sugar then layer it with custard put in to the oven for 30 mins or so then enjoy its yummy yummy

let me know if you get any - i use gluten free flour instead of wheatflour and think you get better results with cakes and biccies...am also coeliac.

Various ice cream and sorbet desserts are GF.
U can make GF pies by following the recipes as is and using a GF pie crust mix or using thinigs like crushed GF cookies (I like Envirokidz Vanilla Animal Cookies crushed as a crust for cheesecake.)
