From personal experience, I would say that spare ribs or pork ribs after it's been marinated overnight. Another good thing to cook is a leg of lamb. If it's marinated, just put it on the grill and keep turning it.... slicing off the part that is cook, until you reach the end....

Fresh salmon squirted with fresh lemon and a knob of butter, salt and pepper and wrapped in tin foil. Delicious.
Serve with skewered kebabs of onion, tomato, courgette, peppers and mushrooms. You can even put chicken or steak on the kebabs too. Yummie.
Need to get some dinner now. Enjoy.

Just about anything, really. Everything's better on a grill. I love boneless chicken breast, bell pepper, tomatoes, any steak, fish. For things that are small or may break up, get messy, use those rather flat grilling baskets or heavy tin foil. Don't hesitate to try different things on the grill. You can find dozens or a hundred recipes at bhg.com (Better Homes & Gardens).I

Pork steaks, with barbeque sauce. Yum. Get some that are sliced thin, marinate them, and toss them on a medium fire. Baste with the sauce when they are almost done, so it doesn't burn.
I almost said marshmallows, I love them when browned over the coals.

Fattier cuts of meat taste good on a bbq. Pork ribs, lamb chops, chicken wings, streaky bacon, good sausages, any steak with a good rim of fat and burgers taste the best on a bbq. Also bananas and pineapple cooked on the grill are good too with a little ice cream. I'm starting to salivate.

You can cook most meat and veggies on a bbq, a good place for bbq info is www.bbq.co.uk my favourite is a good thick ribeye steak or butterflied leg of lamb.yumm all this food talk has made me peckish I'm of for sandwich.

Baby back ribs!!!!!!!!

Nice big baking potatoes come out terrific on a grill. Wrap in foil after scrubbing and washing, and give them at least an hour and a half on a covered grill (like a Weber). Also, try this absolutely wonderful corn recipe:
Pull husks down on several ears of corn, but don't remove husks. Spread softened butter on corn, then sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. Add several sprigs of fresh rosemary by pressing them into the buttered ears. Pull husks back up and fit snugly around corn, then wrap ears in foil. Place on hot grill, using indirect heat, for about an hour, depending on how many ears you are cooking. Everyone raves about this yummy corn!

steaK!
