Bearnaise sauce!
I don't eat meat due to the gross abuse of animals on factory farms. Watch some of the videos and you probably would change your mind too!
Find a good marinade. A london broil can be tough cut without it. Let it sit overnignt in the frig. Grill that bad boy to your liking.
Place in a Crock pot with 2 cups strong coffee, 6-8 cloves of peeled garlic, 1 tablespoon yellow mustard, 1 teaspoon kosher salt and 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper let cook for 6-8 hours then serve with mashed potato's or rice and a fresh salad. This is a family favorite my Mom in law god from a show back in the 70's and it is so easy and delish.
Sear it on a pan or in a really hot oven and don't overcook it. Let it rest for about five minutes. Cut against the grain. Meaning- don't cut the meat sideways or it will be stringy. Practice cutting the meat to give yourself a reference. Cut it so it looks flat. The best sauces are slightly tangy, like a tangy homemade ketchup, or tomato relish.
I marinate mine in Kraft Balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing. If I cook it in the oven I leave the balsamic vinaigrette on it to cook in. Or just place it on your grill and enjoy!!!!
