All natural peanut-butter?
How could i make natural peanut butter(i have pounds and pounds of roasted runner peanuts),i want to make it without a food processor or blender,and keep the oil and fat content to a minimum.

A blender would be convenient for whipping up a big batch of PB, but if you just want to make a couple of tablespoons, a mortar will work just fine (this is what is normally used in southeast and southern Asia to grind peanuts).
Put a handful of peanuts in the mortar and pound away. You will end up with something that looks like the crumb on crumb cake; as you add oil (peanut or other tasty cold-pressed oil) drop by drop, the crumbs will start to hold together till you get peanut butter that is somewhere between chunky and smooth. It is very chalky but IMO okay mixed with jam or a little honey to make an "all in one" spread (remember Goober?), or dotted on warm toast or pancakes (warmth makes it easier to spread).
A heandful of peanuts and about 1/2 teaspoon of oil should give you a tablespoon of peanut butter, more or less depending on the size of your hands.
Otherwise, for a nice light summer meal, I highly recommend sprinkling that "peanut crumble" you get in the mortar on cold cooked Chinese noodles tossed with a little oil and julienned cucumbers.

Live in a country that does not sell peanut butter, does sell peanuts, I have no blender but do have a mortar ... so yes, I have tried this and fed it to my children. They prefer peanuts with noodles.
I believe you need a food processor or blender, unless you want to ruin your coffee grinder!
I agree with Cherie A, unless you want to use your meat tenderizer mallet and pound on them for a day or so!
