Anyone know a good sugar cookie recipe???!

Question:

Anyone know a good sugar cookie recipe???

I am not using the cookies for decorating... i am looking for a recipe that doesn't take longer then 30 mintues and you don't have to put in the fridge. Like the sugar cookies with the soft center. Kinda like the ones at Subway.
