Are russian tea cakes supposed to be crumbly?!

Question:

Are russian tea cakes supposed to be crumbly?

I've made these cakes 4 times and they've turned out crumbly all the time. Am I at fault? Or are they supposed to be crumbly?

Answers:
Actually it depends on what kind of cake it is ( i mean the receipt)
I also had a problem once with making one of the best Russian cakes and it was terrible, even I did everything as I usually do, the reason was the OVEN! :)
