How do you cook London broil.?
Don't want to over cook this piece of meat looks like it could be tough.

LONDON BROIL
12 ounces red wine
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons ginger
4 tablespoons garlic, minced
1 teaspoon parsley
2 pinches oregano
1 bay leaf
1 London broil steak
Mix all ingredients together in a dish large enough to cover the mea.t
Refrigerator and let marinate overnight.
THE NEXT DAY:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Position steak about 6 inches from broiler. Broil until the top side is browned, flip, and pour some of the remaining marinade on the other side.
Do the same for the other side until it is cooked to your taste.
One for the grill or oven
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
4 pounds flank steak
DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, mix together garlic, salt, soy sauce, ketchup, vegetable oil, black pepper and oregano.
Score both sides of the meat, diamond cut, about 1/8 inch deep. Rub garlic mixture into both sides of the meat. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil, and refrigerate for 5 to 6 hours, or overnight. Flip meat every few hours.
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil grate.
Place meat on the prepared grill. Cook for 3 to 7 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
Seasoned London Broil
1 env. GOOD SEASONS Zesty Italian Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix
2 Tbsp. dry white wine
2 Tbsp. oil
1 beef flank steak (1-1/2 lb.)
MIX salad dressing mix, wine and oil. Score steak on both sides, being careful not to cut more than 1/8 inch into each side of steak. Place steak in shallow dish.
BRUSH both sides of steak evenly with the salad dressing mxture; cover. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
PREHEAT broiler. Broil, 2 to 3 inches from heat, for 6 to 7 min. on each side for medium doneness (160?F). With knife slanted, cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
MARINATED LONDON BROIL
Catalina Dressing
Soy sauce
Garlic powder
3-4 lb. London broil
Combine 1 1/2 cups Catalina Dressing, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Mix well. Pierce London broil with fork on both sides. Marinate London Broil 1-2 hours, turning occasionally.
Grill/broil slowly until reaches desired doneness.
