Is organic food really more nutritious ?!
Is organic food really more nutritious ?
Answers:
a vegetable has the same nutritional value whether or not it is organic, but organic foods don't contain hormones or pesticides, and organic free range animals are not kept in crowded pens or cages, so they were not wallowing in there own excrement all the time so there is a lower risk of bacteria in your meat, so even though it is not technically more nutritious, but it is healthier and chemical free
I'm pretty sure it is, here's why:
Vitamin C and dry matter contents are higher, on average, in organically grown crops then they are in non-organic crops.
Mineral contents are also higher, on average, in organically grown crops, although more research is required to solidify these findings.
Feeding trials have shown significant improvements in the growth, reproductive health, and recovery from illness of animals fed organically produced feed.
No. Its just free of chemicals & pesticides.
I eat organic food not for what it does contain, but what it doesn't. It doesn't contain pesticides, hormones, and antibiotics -- all of which can cause serious health problems. It tastes better. And I'm sure that organic produce probably is more nutritious, as it's grown in better (more mineral rich) soil.
No, not necessary. Both organic or non organic have the same amount of nutrients, but organic food contains less toxic than the non organic. Most of the non organic food have been processed with different kinds of chemical (like pesticide, and growth enhancer), or even food coloring (wax for fruits). All these additives aren't healthy for our bodies. On the other hand, organic food doesn't use chemicals or other additives.
Simple
NO
and there is no such thing as
Non- organic food
so your spending money for something you can not prove.
And you use all the same percautions that we use for our common food .
