Savory Pie Crust

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup butter or margarine
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
2 tablespoons cold water

1. Combine flour and salt in medium bowl; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in chives and water with fork just until flour is moistened (mixture will be crumbly). Shape into ball; flatten slightly.
2. Roll out ball of dough on lightly floured surface into 12-inch circle. Fold into quarters. Place dough into 9-inch pie pan. Unfold dough; pressing firmly against bottom and sides. Trim crust to 1/2 inch from edge of pan. Crimp or flute edge.
3. Fill and bake according to pie recipe directions.

Makes Pastry for 1-crust pie.

You can make your own pie crust but really you can't do any better than the Pillsbury Ready Crusts at the grocery store.
