Does anyone know where online I could find a cake decorated with stars. my sister wants a cake with stars on it for her birthday and wants me to make. but I can't afford fondant.

Hi there! You may be in luck, for a quick and inexpensive decorating idea, I believe Pillsbury makes the icing for the fourth of July that is white and has a package of stars in red, white, and blue cake decorations like sprinkles. If that isn't what you are looking for you can make star shapes out of thin card stock and cover them with aluminium foil or colored saran wrap and place them around the outer edge or sides of the cake. "paint" the edges of a star cookie cutter with food color and lightly set into frosting on top of cake. It makes a nice look!
