I saw a bowl on tv that looked like lettuce, and I think it's interesting and would like to buy one.

Old Time Pottery, I bought my friend the serving bowl and the salad bowls for like $20. I have seen them off and on there. Also try Garden Ridge they have had a few that are pretty close to that one. I would also try some place like Tuesday Morning, Marshall's, TJ Max and Target. I would also try Ebay and Overstock.com, and Amazon you might have to search but, you should be able to find something close to the one you like.

I would also try some antique stores, that bowl is very retro and I have found several things like it at antique malls. Again you will have to seek and find but, if you let the people at the place know what you are looking for they usually will call you when a vendor brings something like that in.

Type in Iceberg Lettuce Salad Serving Bowl. They have a couple only online they are very cheap between $25-$40

or try ebay.
try garage sales & resale shops. this style of bowl becomes popular about every ten years
try eBay. you probably will find it there at an affordable price.
I checked eBay for you, and the closest thing they have at the moment is a vintage Haeger bowl:
