Hi, You forgot the toast that's why! Lol Lol.

Have to give your brain time to get the message that you're full. Usually take 20 mins. If you're still hungry after 20 mins, eat a apple or banana, and drink two glasses of water. The water will do it by itself. You probably haven't had your 8 glasses today anyway. LOL

Your hunger is probably more in your head than in your stomach. I went to a class one time where you had to "wait" until you were really hungry to eat....have real hunger pains in your stomach. Some peopl had to wait for 36 hours before they could really know they were hungry.

Head hunger is just your mind triggered onto eating....may not be hunger at all. And sometimes taking a drink of something helps instead....you might really be thirsty.

Have a glass of water and give everything time to settle.
Your hunger will probably go away in about 10 minutes.
The brain has to catch up with the body sometimes.

It takes minimum 10 mins for your brain to register you're full, so go do something, like the dishes, get dressed etc. Distract your mind from food and go on about your day, before you know it, it's lunch time;-)

I'm always hungry after eating my morning 3 scrambled eggs, so annoying, so I drink a lot of water, then waiting 20 minutes is the time you're body gets the message that you're full.

If you just ate 2 pkgs of oatmeal then it sounds as if you ate the "add water and Microwave kind:. These do not have the same bulk factor that original oatmeal or even the Quick Quaker Oats have. Oatmeal in itself, in a normal cooked 1 cup serving can suffice man for a good days work. It supplies the bulk and nutrients you need. I have found that the instant microwave kind is much less satisfying and is too reduced in bulk to fill a person up.lf you fix this type again try adding raisins, bananas or even some sliced apple to it and add a sprinke of sugar and cinammon and a pad of margarine. Yummy.

sometimes it seems that our body is lacking something.if we aren't in tune with what it is we interpret it as hunger ,we feed the (hunger pain) but not the craving.
I did this alot until I began taking a vitamin supplement and trying to listen to what my body was missing.
(a funny story.)
long time ago i went through a period of time when i was starved all the time,no matter what i ate, i was hungry again, and i had a craving for meat ,I was a working college student (nursing) and my food budget was quite slim, so i ate on the run all the time.well one day i bought this cheap little steak and i caught myself wanting to drink the blood pooled in the tray! Gross! I know! yech! but I couldn't get it out of my mind and i wanted raw meat, well about that same time,we were doing finger pokes in class as we were studying blood chemistry and my results showed I was Iron deficient,I began taking a iron supplement and the weird hunger and cravings stopped.
maybe your body is saying somthing to you, like hey the oatmeal was nice but i need a shot of protein,or how about some nice vitamin c ? oatmeal is good but it isnt really a rounded breakfast, how about adding an egg and a glass of juice and maybe a piece of toast?
have a nice day><>
