Baby Back Ribs... Finish This Recipe Please!!!...?!
Baby Back Ribs... Finish This Recipe Please!!!...?
A friend of mine gave me a recipe about 10 years ago on how to make baby back ribs using heineken beer or a corona, lemon juice, and some other ingredients and baking it in a baking bag for about an hour and a half before grilling it, BUT I FORGOT IT!... It was sooo good, and I was wondering if anyone had a recipe using similar ingredients/methods... Please include the ingredients, how much of it, and cooking instructions...btw, the friend was my brother-in-laws ex-girlfriend, and I don't know how to contact her... Thanks in advance for all the help!

i something very similar to this, what i do is use my basic rub or cajun seasoning on the ribs (depends on taste), set in fridge till ready to cook, (usually i prep in the morning) at cooking time get the bag and place ribs in and add your fave beer, 1 can or bottle, i prefer hieneken or grolsch. bake at 350 degree's for 1&1/2 to 2 hours, remove from oven and smother in sweet baby ray's before hitting them on a hot b-b-q grill,(you may have to be careful and use 2 tongs as mine falls apart) grill till sauce thickens, eatum up yum!
here's a pointer for ribs, on the bottom side, remove the 'film' or membrane, sometines it can be stuborn but it will make all the difference on how tender ribs are, expecially if you want them to were when you pick em up by the bone and thats all you have as the meat fell off.
