I need a chocolate chip cookie recipe without eggs.?!

Question:

I need a chocolate chip cookie recipe without eggs.?

I can't make it to the store. Can I just use my regular recipe and not put the eggs in? Does anyone have a recipe I can use with no eggs?

Answers:
The Ultimate Chocolate-Chip Cookie
1 1/2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats (not instant)
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1 cup walnuts, lightly toasted and chopped
1 cup semisweet vegan chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
3. Set aside.
4. Place the oats, flour, nuts, chocolate chips, salt, and baking soda in a large mixing bowl.
5. Stir with a wire whisk.
6. Place the oil, maple syrup, water, and vanilla in a small mixing bowl and beat vigorously with a wire whisk until emulsified.
7. Stir into the oat-flour mixture, mixing hust until everything is evenly moistened.
8. Let sit 5 minutes.
9. Drop slightly rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, about 1 inch apart.
10. The dough will be crumbly.
11. Flatten with your hand to 1/3-inch thick.
12. Smooth the edges to make each cookie uniformly round, gently pressing the dough so that the cookies hold together.
13. Bake one sheet at a time on the center shelf of the oven until cookies are lightly brown, about 18 minutes.
14. Transfer to a cooling rack and cool completely.
15. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

if I'm not mistaken you can substitute mayo or olive oil for the eggs

google it :)

borrow eggs from the nieghbor

You cold try a shortbread recipe & add the chocolate chips. I've done this one with butterscotch chips so chocolate should work as well.

1 cup butter
1 cup granulated sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
chocolate chips

PREPARATION:
Thoroughly cream sugar and butter. Add 2 1/2 cups of the flour & chocolate chips, mix thoroughly. Turn out onto a surface floured with remaining 1/2 cup of flour. Knead dough until it cracks on surface. Roll out 1/4-inch thick and cut out with cutters.
Prick cookies with fork tines and place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 275° for about 45 to 55 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Makes about 2 dozen shortbread cookies.
