Dose anyone know a A low-Calories low fat low sugar dessert I can make so I won`t feel bad not eating any dessert.

skinny moose (my favorite)

1 package non-fat frozen dairy topping
1 package fat-free, sugar-free pudding (your choice of flavor)

thaw the dairy topping 1/2 way, mix in the pudding until smooth.

you can have 2 tablespoons of this when you want something sweet without freaking it, its something like 20 calories and 0 fat. just don't go overboard.

Sugar-free Jell-O with fruit.

Yogurt.

Jello has 0 calories and it's good!!!

eat before you go, so that you'll be full and not tempted to cheat....try making a dessert with jello...it is low in calories..check their web site...maybe mix some fruit with it?? Have fun!!

Make a little parfait with yogurt & fruit. And eat well before you go.

It might be a dessert but im not sure. you can make fruit salad. i dont know. or have some fat free cake. i saw some at the store.

fresh fruit in season is best. you get nutritional value and fiber. berries are nice, especially with some non-fat vanilla yogurt and a bit (small!) of granola sprinkled on top.

Yes yes yes! Anything with Free Cool Whip! I love to freeze strawberries in it, it's delicious.
