How do you make a yummy dip with cottage cheese?

I'd like it to be as low calorie as possible, perfect for dipping celery and carrots in. Does anyone have any ideas?

COTTAGE CHEESE VEGGIE DIP

1/3 c. milk
1 pt. cottage cheese
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix or vegetable soup mix
Lots of raw veggies, cut up for dipping

1. Blend 1/3 cup milk, 1 pint cottage cheese and soup mix in a bowl.
2. Put in refrigerator for 1/2 hour.

3. Serve with raw veggies. Dip and enjoy.


COTTAGE CHEESE VEGETABLE DIP

1 carton low-fat cottage cheese
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Blend cottage cheese and stir in the soup mix.

The fastest and easiest way to to mix one envelope of instant onion soup with a 1/2 or 1 lb container (for a milder flavor) of cottage cheese. If you prefer a stronger flavor, use 2 envelopes .

1 Cup Cottage cheese, creamed
2 Tablespoons Lemon juice
2 Tablespoons Milk
2 Tablespoons Low Fat Salad dressing or mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Green onions, chopped
1/4 Cup Parsley, coarsely chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Tarragon leaves
1 Dash Pepper
PREPARATION:
Mix ingredients in a blender, scraping sides of blender jar with a rubber scraper and reblending as until mixture is smooth and creamy.
Serve with fresh vegetable sticks or assorted crackers.


Makes about 1 1/3 cups dip
Calories per 1 tablespoon serving: About 20
