I ran out of eggs, is there something else i can use in my meatloaf?!

Question:

I ran out of eggs, is there something else i can use in my meatloaf?

Answers:
mayonaise is a great sub for eggs i use it like it was a drug light no fat or low fat.

knowing that the eggs acually act as a binder for the meatloaf, may i suggest a light grated cheese... this will replace the binding agent in the egg AND add more flavor

oatmeal,rice,mayo

bread

try bread crumbs and olive oil... maybe it will help, but not like eggs

Mayonnaise

ketchup or sauce which you might have put on it anyways-perfect!

Girlfriend cant you borry 2 eggs from nextdoor? you gonna ruin our meatloaf! it will be too dry.

My niece made a cake once when she was a little girl and remembered after it was baking that she'd forgot to put in the eggs. She was horrified, but soon relaxed when she thought she could just add the eggs then. Of course, she was convinced that wouldn't work, so we all waited questioning what the results would be.
It was actually very good!
Remember, the eggs are not what the flavor is in the meatloaf, and generally meat will stick together without them, so relax and enjoy!

Mix your breadcrumbs with a bit of milk. Not a lot, just enough to make them sticky. Should work ok.
