What can I make?
I have a bunch of fruit in my fridge . strawberries, oranges , apples , bananas ect . but im tired of the ususal fruit salad. im on a diet and i would like a recipe low in sugar and flour. please help!

You can eat them with whipped topping (found in frozen section) you can bake your apples & sprinkle them with brown sugar. Apples & peanut butter. Oranges sprinkled with chili powder. Eat your bananas with an unsweetened melted chocolate. Add nuts/coconut and/or raisins to the fruit salad. Just some ideas.
have a look at dessert recipes on this link. most of them are healthy and easy to make.
make a fruit smoothie
The smoothie sounds good to me, too. If you were my neighbor, I'd be on the way over. LOL
You could grill the fruit (I loved grilled pinapple.) or make a fruit pizza. I have included a link for one recipe that I have used. You could just leave out some of the things you don't want too much of.
