Answers:
PINA COLADA DRINK

1 lg. can pineapple juice
10-12 oz. frozen orange juice
1 can pina colada mix
15 oz. Coco Lopez, cream of coconut

Mix and freeze. Serve with 7-Up to make a slush in blender.

PINA COLADA DRINK MIX

4 c. pineapple juice
1 qt. (4 c.) milk
1 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
2/3 c. sugar

Into a large pitcher, pour 2 cups pineapple juice and 2 cups milk, 3/4 teaspoon extract and 1/3 cup sugar. Stir well. Pour into ice cubes trays, freeze.
In the same pitcher, combine remaining ingredients. Stir well. Cover, refrigerate up to 2 weeks. Makes 28 frozen cubes and about 1 quart refrigerator drink mix, enough base for 8 servings.

This one is a little different

Serves 6.

Pineapple juice
Coconut Milk
Rum

2 oz light rum
3 oz pineapple juice
2 oz Coco Lopez coconut cream
ice

Mix in blender and pour into colada glass. Serve with cherry and pineapple spear.

I like to blend mine with ice. I don't worry about measurements. Just taste it and adjust.

get a can of coco lopez coconut puree and there is a recipe on the can that is fabulous! i think it is like 6 oz. coco lopez, 6 oz. pieapple juice, couple of shots of rum, ice and blend. so yummy. or you could get the pina colada mix and all you do is add ice and blend. not nearly as good though...
