What is the secret to a great, fluffy omelet?!

Question:

What is the secret to a great, fluffy omelet?

Answers:
Instead of milk use just a splash of water for each egg and whip really well to incorporate air into the mixture. I get the fluffiest omelets this way.

A shot of heavy cream and a sprinkling of lemon juice, real lemon, not that disaster in a bottle.

separate whites with the yolk. Beat the whites until frothy, fold in the yolk and fry in a pan that is greased with shortening rather than butter.

Add whole milk to the egg while you whisk it.

Add a pinch of baking powder or cream of tartar to your egg mixture.

Separate yolks from whites. Beat the whites until fluffy, then fold in the yolks which have been lightly beaten. Add to a hot, non-stick pan and cook until golden brown on the under side. Don't let the top dry out completely, residual heat will finish off the cooking, once you've folded it over.

I like to add cream cheese and milk to the egg :)

Just add water, about a teaspoon per egg.

I add milk to my eggs for fluffiness, i also add a lil soy sauce, pepper, salt, sugar, and green onions to my eggs before i beat them together. Comes out very flavorful and good.
