i mean full of fat, salt etc ,

if u r watching ur weight i wudnt advise u eat them as they have more calories than 2 slices of bread but if u were to only have one wrap with something light like grilled chicken it is better for you than having say 2 pieces of say cheese on toast

you bought them in the grocery in packages from a bakery right??
why would they sell UN healthy food??
their licenses are on the line.

they have a good amount of carbs and calories, which if you are watching those then yeah they could be bad but if you are using them in place of a sub roll then no they are not bad...

Generally no, however i always read the label for salt/sodium content, as for fat, not at all fattening. I go for the multigrain type or the vegetables flafoured ones. Remember its what u fill them with that will up the fat content, go easy on the cheese and use only salsa, very light on the sour cream. Yummy!
