Answers:
I like to marinade steak first. So tonight - before you go to bed - make a marinade. This can be as simple as olive oil, some herbs like parsley and oregano. Salt, Pepper, Paprika, whatever you like and beat it well. Then pierce your steaks with a fork and pour the marinade over. I put them in a ziploc baggie and pop in fridge overnight. Tomorrow - fry the steaks for 2 minutes on each side - then wrap in tin foil and bake in over for 10 minutes at 375. They will be absolutely perfect!

Broil it in your oven. Or use a george foreman grill if you have one! They are great for cooking away the fat!

Marinate the steak with one cup of zesty italian dressing whisked with 2 tablespoons of a good steak sauce, let sit in the fridge overnight. The next day broil it in the oven until done to your liking, it cooks quickly so watch it carefully. Bake a potato in the microwave, add a green salad and you have a great dinner.

I think a steak is best sprinkled with steak seasoning & cooked in a hot skillet (searing it seals in the juices).

get you some steak seasoning, black pepper( if you like it kind of spicy), onions, a dash of meat tenderizer. Season the steak on both sides . then place your steak, on aluminium foil, in a big sauce pan or oven pan and put some bbq sauce or A1 sauceover it, and cover it with a sheet of aluminum as well, and let it cook for about 35- 45 minutes on 375-400 degrees in the oven.

Marinate the steak for a few mintues in Dales steak seasoning and top off with sliced onions, green and red peppers cover with aluminum foil for about 20-25 min. meanwhile get a big stock pot or boiler fill with water and boil the steak for about 8-10 mins. after it has finished marinating, then put it in a skillet with virgin oilive oil and sort of pan fry it from there, also when your pan frying it add some mcormicks steak seasoning on both sides w/ s& p. To make it really tasty pan fry some freh peppers and onions and top them on top of the steak when finished cooking. (you can aslo top the steak with a few grilled/ pan fried shrimp and cheese sauce.)add a baked potatoe and fresh green salad. I also suggest boling the potatoe until the center is soft. Then bake it on high wrapped in aluminum foil so the outer peeling will harden a little.
Good luck! My husband likes this!!

Hey, get you some Montreal Steak Seasoning from Mcormick. Sear the steak in a pan with some olive oil, and you can continue to cook it in the skillet or broil it to get the middle done in the oven. Let the sides get some caramel color to it- color is flavor and searing it will hold in the juices.

Find a really good marinade that sounds to your liking. I like getting recipe ideas from recipezaar.com or foodtv.com. I also recommend the pan seared way of making the steak but if you have a few extra bucks to kick around I would suggest you get a grill pan, which is basically a frying pan with raised grill indentions.

Broil it. Next best thing to grilling.

first season the steak the way that he likes it.get the biggest cast iron skillet that you have .heat the skillet to a high tempature add half a stick of butter sear steaks on both sides. this locks in the juices. add other half of butter over steaks with 1 whole onion ontop of butter. place in 400 degree oven.cook until it is the way that you like.
