What to make question.?

So i am not much of a vegatables person i just like potatoes and corn but i need to know a recipe that my family can all enjoy and some desserts to go with it and i dont like meat like lamb and wierd animals so yeah help.

here is a suggestion
Shrimp and Mushroom Angel Hair Pasta
INGREDIENTS
1 pound angel hair pasta
1/4 cup butter, divided
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined and butterflied
1 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
4 tablespoons chopped shallots
1/2 cup port wine
1 cup dry white wine
1 pint heavy cream
4 cloves garlic, crushed
salt to taste
2 teaspoons white sugar (optional)
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
DIRECTIONS
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and rinse under cold water.
In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat; saute mushrooms until soft. Season with salt to taste; set aside.
In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium-low heat; cook shrimp for a few minutes. Season with salt to taste; set aside.
In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat; saute shallots for a few minutes. Pour in port wine, white wine and cream; allow to cook over medium-low heat until it thickens.
Stir in mushrooms, shrimp, garlic, salt, sugar and ground white pepper; toss with pasta and serve.

Serve with a salad and Enjoy!!
*if you don't like shrimp, you can use chicken instead*

simple but delicious dessert -
Blueberry Dump Cake
INGREDIENTS
1 (18.5 ounce) package yellow cake mix
4 cups fresh blueberries
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Mix berries, sugar, and cinnamon in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover berries with dry cake mix. Pour butter over cake mix, do not stir.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until light brown. Serve warm or cold. top with ice cream

If you like tuna you can try a favorite of my picky kids.. I make it the regular way then add tuna fish and have peas on the side some mix the peas in others dont. For desert try making a few cupcakes with different mixes and frostings kinda a smaorgasboard... other wise try food.com for some great recipes...
