Answers:
Spaghetti......... It's always better the next day
Lasagna......... It fills you up so fast there are always left-overs.
Meat-loaf........Kids hate it so there's always some in the fridge the next day.
Chicken bog (lots of rice with boiled chicken) ......I make so much at one time so the kids can have it the next day and 1/2
Turkey............ It's always to much to finish off at one sitting.

depends on how many you are feeding to how much you want to cook all at the same time, but,,,,,,,,
spaghetti with meat sauce is always good easy to make and usually has leftovers, and you don't have to cook all the noodles the first night, they are pretty easy to cook up a second batch for leftovers and it will taste fresher that way too.

so cook up a big batch of sauce and meatballs or scrambled hbmeat with onions, when meat is done drain of grease then add meat to the sauce, and cook for a few minutes on low , then keep your noodles seperate, only cook the amount of noodles you need each meal.

Cheesy Kielbasa Bake serves 10.

INGREDIENTS
7 ounces uncooked elbow macaroni
1-1/4 pounds kielbasa (Polish) sausage, halved lengthwise and sliced
1-3/4 teaspoons olive oil
1-1/4 medium onion, chopped
1-1/4 medium zucchini, quartered lengthwise and sliced
1-1/4 medium carrots, grated
5/8 clove garlic, minced
5/8 (26 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
5/8 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
5/8 egg, lightly beaten
5/8 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
1-1/4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1-1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1-1/4 green onions, chopped

DIRECTIONS
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside. In a large skillet, brown the sausage in oil over medium heat. Add the onions, zucchini, carrots and garlic; cook and stir for 5-6 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in spaghetti sauce and tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
In each of two greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dishes, layer a fourth of the macaroni and meat sauce. Combine the egg and ricotta cheese; spoon a fourth over sauce. Sprinkle with a fourth of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes. Uncover; bake 15 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Serve one casserole. Cool second casserole; cover and freeze for up to 2 months.

my family loves this and it taste great warmed up.

A beef or pork roast, baked chicken, casserole, spaghetti, lasagne...just about anything if you prepare enough the first time.
For leftover roast, you can prepare sandwiches, or dice for fried rice, shred for BBQ sandwiches. Chicken can also be made into sandwiches, or chicken salad.
The possibilities are endless.

Any meat can be mixed with a different sauce, a few veggies and have another meal....Casseroles can be refrigerated or frozen for another time, as can lasagne. Make a bit pot of spaghetti sauce, then serve it over different pasta during the week, with a different salad or veg for an entirely different mea.

Classic Meatloaf

Ingredients:
1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 egg
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Topping
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard

Prep:
Heat oven to 350°F. Measure 1/4 cup tomato sauce, combine with topping ingredients in small bowl.
Set aside.
Combine remaining tomato sauce with remaining meatloaf ingredients in large bowl, mixing lightly but thoroughly.
Shape beef mixture into 8 x 4-1/2-inch loaf on rack in broiler pan. Spread topping over meatloaf.
Bake in 350°F oven 1 hour to medium (160°F) doneness, until not pink in center and juices show no pink color.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Cut into slices.
