Cooking with Jack Daniels tonight?!

Question:

Cooking with Jack Daniels tonight?

I am cooking a roast with the pre-seasoned package of Jack Daniels (whisky?) tonight.
I find nowhere on the package mention of how long and how hot I should cook this.
This roast is a small one (1 1/2 pound.)
Is "the normal temperature-range" for beef roast somewhere around 300-350 F and about 40-50 minutes?
Thanks. - And everyone is welcomed to enjoy supper with me - IF you can find where I am!

Answers:
You say "package", so I think it is a dry mix? When cooking with liquor it is common to deglaze the pan with a small amount (pour a shot or two in the pan, OFF heat) then add a little stock and thickener and reduce to sauce. If no time is specified, let it do it's thing. Cooking takes both patience and confidence. Eat it when it is good. Good luck!

never baked with that stuff before although we have bbqed with bud light as a marinade mmmmm
