pasta sauce?
Answers:
In the restaurant industry, our rule is 6 months. That is if the item is well sealed with minamal air. I purchase my meats in bulk (too save money) and freeze them for no longer than 2 months. Do keep an eye on your products to ensure there is no ice crystals forming. If you see this, use it at once.

i am not real sure but i bet it last at least 4-6 months
Easy two weeks and more. Depends on a few variables. The freezer must stay at 0 degrees. For the longest storage the food must be vacuum sealed. You can keep most foods up to six months with those parameters.
you can keep food frozen for three months as long as it is well covered and is in freezer tight containers, or, freezer wrap or freezer ziploc bags. double up on the wrap and the bags though, so, nothing gets freezer burn.

A VERY good way to freeze cooked food is to vacuum seal it. It hold food up to 10 times longer than just putting in freezer lock bags. Vacuum packing will keep your food fresh, like you just made it, for months. That's what I do, instead of cooking everyday, I make a lot at a time and vacuum pack the majority of it for another time.
