You can get a small portable one in the sporting goods section at walmart
Boating store, marine shop
Wal Mart in the sporting goods section is a good answer. Marinas that sell boats should sell air horns too. In this state the law states that a motor boat shall have a horn. Many boats simply have air horns on board.
