Seriously Hot;)

Any cheap wing sauce and about 3 drops of Daves insanity sauce. Instant Fire!!!

Cajun-Style Marinade

* 1/3 cup vegetable oil
* 1/4 cup vinegar
* 1/4 cup minced celery
* 1/4 cup minced onion
* 1/4 cup minced green pepper
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
* 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce

You could always just buy some Dave's Insanity Sauce (Hot Sauce) and add a little to some normal hot wing sauce.

Believe me, this stuff will burn your tongue off. One drop is enough for one serving.

I won't even eat that stuff anymore as it will upset my stomach.

the longer you leave the wings in the sause the hotter it will be

Buffalo Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS
1 quart vegetable oil for deep frying
24 chicken wings, tips removed and wings cut in half at joint
4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
5 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Heat the oil In a large skillet or deep fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Deep fry chicken wings in oil until done, about 10 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet or deep fryer and drain on paper towels.
Melt the butter in a large skillet. Stir in the, vinegar and hot pepper sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add cooked chicken to sauce and stir over low heat to coat. The longer the wings simmer in the sauce, the hotter they will be. Serve warm.

Get your chicken wings, (you can use drumsticks if you like) put them in a bowl add 1tbl spoon of honey, 1sbl spoon soy sauce, and a good spash of tabasco sauce, add as much as you can handle the heat, stir with your hands well till they are well coated, and now marinade it in the fridge for 1 hr, then cook them in the oven or BBQ, the honey and soy will make it nice and sticky and the tabasco will really give it a kick.

One small bottle Red Hot and i block butter. A dash of salt and pepper. Melt together and thats it. Deep fry your chicken wings then toss with sauce.
