I need a quick recipe with beef and velveeta?

Help! I need a quick recipe using both ground beef and velveeta. I'm not looking for any dip recipes!
Thanks to all who help!

Answers:
brown beef drain brown pork sausage drain mix together, add as much Velveeta cheese as you like to meat mixture(i use about 1/4 to 1/2 of a large block) melt in micro wave stirring constantly. When done put on hamburger buns this is awesome. I serve this as a weekend quick supper for when my kids friends stay the night they love it. I also serve chips with it. I know not figure friendly but it's gooooood!!!!!!!!!!

This is really more of an appetizer but if you eat a few of them, they are VERY filling & satisfying. This is super easy..Brown 1 lb. ground beef along with 1 lb. sausage (you could probably omit the sausage if you don't have any)..in skillet with meat, melt 1lb. Velveeta. MIx well & place a spoonful on slices of party rye bead. Heat in 350 oven for 10 minutes & enjoy. These freeze quite well & can actually be reheated in the microwave in just a few seconds. Don't know if this is what you had in mind, but it's the only recipe i know of with beef & Velveeta.

Don't know if this is quick enough for you. But hope this helps. It's really tasty too :)

Make a casserole. Cook macaroni and place in a casserole dish. Brown the ground beef and mix with the noodles. Add one can of Cream of Mushroom Soup. Add one can of string bean or asparagus. Mix. Then add cheese to top and bake at 350 for about half hour.

Try the link below

Well, here are a couple of ideas, assuming that you're talking about the boxed cheese, and not the sauce:

Cheese burgers- slice up the velveeta for use on the hamburgers. Take the ground beef, mix it with an egg to help hold it together, and form into patties. Fry. Top with whatever you like, and serve.

Tacos- Fry up the ground beef, and then melt in the cheese. Use it to stuff taco shells, and add in whatever else you would like.

Taco salad- similar to above, but don't melt in the cheese. Dice the cheese into cubes. Fry up the meat. Serve the meat and cheese over a bed of lettuce, topped with salsa, and whatever else you like.

chili- Whip up some chili with a couple cans of beans, some taco seasoning or chili and red pepper powder, and the ground beef. Simmer for a while, and top with velveeta. Yum!

If you are referring to the sauce, I'm sure you can still use it in the ideas listed above, just use it carefully. Also, if it's sauce, try it with the ground beef in some pasta dishes. Be creative!

Have fun!

Macaroni and cheeseburger!

Brown the ground beef and drain off the fat. Cook your macaroni (use something other than the kind that comes in those boxes of mac-&-cheez mix) according to the instructions on the package and drain off the water. Melt the Velveeta and stir in a little milk. Mix all three together. (I'll let you determine the amounts because you know for how many folks you're making it. Figure 4oz of beef -- raw weight -- and about 2oz or 3oz of dried pasta product per person. Use about 3oz or so of cheese per person. Use just enough milk, adding it little by little, to make the cheese smooth and not too thick.) For fun, you can add some chopped bell peppers, red and/or green, or even a few jalapenos if you like it hot.

Cheeseburger meatloaf:

Another idea is to make a meatloaf (use any recipe you like, or find one on www.cooks.com) and press about half of the meat-goo into the bottom of a round pie or cake pan. Press it in and build up the sides a little, making a bit of a hollow in the rest of the circle. Slice Velveeta and place the slices on the meatloaf, keeping them away from the very edge. Top with the rest of the meat-goo and bake according to the instructions in the recipe. Slice it like pie, and you'll have a fun cheese-filled meatloaf.

How about some velveeta, melted, mixed w/ some salsa, browned ground beef, and maybe some beans (whole, not refried, better texture if whole)... I don't know what ingredients you have at your house, but I just made that up on the spot. It'll almost be like a chili cheese dip, but not quite as much sauce in the "chili" part... Hope I helped to your satisfaction :)

Brown the meat toss in the shells add some milk, ketchup and water. Cook till noodles are tender remove from heat and then mix in cheese sauce and serve with green onion and chopped tomatoes (optional).

2 3/4 cups water
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup ketchup

Tastes pretty good, kids really like it.
