Answers:
You are in luck because there are so many varities of marinades that you can make based on the ingrediants you have. The main order of business is to define what type of cuisine you would like to persue.

You could make a Vesuvio marinade (great over pasta) with your olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, basil, ground or fresh garlic.

If you wanted an oriental expeience you may want to cut your chicken breats into strips and marinate with:
teriyaki, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Makes stir-fry awesome.

I like using red wine vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and shallots to create a vinaigrette which makes an excellent marinade.

So the Mikes Hard sounds like fun but the sugars in the lemonade will carmelize quickly leaving you with a gross bitter piece of poultry. However if you ever wanted to try something different and fun with alcohal and chicken. Combine Tequila and lime juice, salt, pepper, olive oil, chili powder, and a little cayenne pepper.

Try this and just subsitute the hard lemonade for the regular:

1 (6 oz.) can thawed concentrated lemonade
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Combine the above ingredients and use to marinate any kind of meat. I like to use with boneless center cut thick pork chops, steaks, or boneless and skinless chicken. Marinate at least 6 hours and grill.

1 1/2 cups olive oil
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons parsley

In a medium bowl, mix together oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, wine vinegar, and lemon juice. Stir in mustard powder, salt, pepper, and parsley. Use to marinate chicken before cooking as desired. The longer you marinate, the more flavor it will have.

I really do not know about the lemonade though but here is a good recipe! Maybe you can just carefully try to mix some lemonade in it and see what happens?!

1 1/2 cups olive oil
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons finely minced fresh parsley

In a medium bowl, mix together oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, wine vinegar, and lemon juice. Stir in mustard powder, salt, pepper, and parsley. Use to marinate chicken before cooking as desired. The longer you marinate, the more flavor it will have.

i have found a really easy way to make chicken that comes out crunchy and juicy. Take your chicken, rinse it off, roll it in butter, and then roll it in instant potato flakes. Then put it in the oven at 375 for about 1 hr If you want potatoes with this line a pan with aluminum foil, put butter in it, slice up pot. like for frying, add your onions or what ever, just make sure there is plenty of butter in there. then cover top with more foil.

use about 4-5 big splashes of olive oil in a zip lock freezer bag , add 2 pinches ( 1/8 -1/4 teaspoon )of ground sage , a pinch (1/8 teaspoon) of salt ( sea salt preferably)
2 (1/4 teaspoon) shakes of garlic powder, 2 shakes (1/4 teaspoon) of ground onion, 5 -7 turns on the pepper mill or about 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, add chicken and about 2 -4ounces of lemon juice , moosh together and zip and put in fridge. Bake or grill or cook in uncovered skillet on medium heat for 10 minutes per side and viola Lemon Pepper Chicken . I add 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger as it has a very lemony flavor as well, 325 * in preheated over for 15-20 minutes and you're serving. 2 tablespoons butter , 2 ounces of cream or condensed milk ( 1/4 cup) in pan reduced makes a fine sauce using the seasonings and olive oil in the skillet

You do, indeed, have a bit to work with there! Let us be creative, shall we? Try out these combinations:

1.) Lemon juice, olive oil, and a blend of spices (try rosemary or thyme)

2.) Terriyaki sauce, lemon juice, and red wine vinegar.

3.) Mike's lemonade and real lemon juice. That should give it a kick! Add in some thyme or even mint.

4.) Worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar, and go crazy with some spices. Try basil, sage, and rosemary.

If you're really daring, mix it all together!

Just remember, marinate over night in the fridge, in a sealed bag or container. This will give it the best flavor. Discard marinade when you are done marinating (as soon as you remove the chicken to be cooked), for safety reasons.

Hope whatever you try turns out well!
