2 tablespoons butter
1 can (approx. 7 ounces) tuna, undrained, flaked
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup milk
1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon chopped pimiento
8 ounces noodles, cooked and drained
1/2 cup bread crumbs, tossed with 1 to 2 tablespoons melted butter

PREPARATION:
In a large skillet, melt butter; sauté onion and celery until tender. Stir in tuna, soup, mayonnaise, milk, mushrooms, parsley, and pimiento. In a 2-quart buttered casserole, combine hot cooked noodles and the tuna mixture.
Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes, until lightly browned, hot, and bubbly.

Ingredients

8 oz. Rotini noodles

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup frozen peas

1 cup sliced celery

1 tbsp. dried parsley

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. onion powder

2 cans (6 1/8 oz.) tuna in water, drained

2 Tbsp. flour

1 cup milk
Directions:
Prepare Rotini noodles according to package directions, omitting salt and oil. Drain and set aside. In a 2-quart saucepan mix broth, peas, celery, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Simmer on low. Add tuna. In a covered container, shake flour with milk to prevent lumps. YUM! I love tuna noodle - here is what I do.

You will need:
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
A bag of noodles - I like the medium width noodles
A can of tuna -
milk
salt
pepper
8-10 pieces of bread.

Cook the noodles according to the package, but decrease the time by 2-3 minutes. You don't want to cook your noodles all the way because they will finish cooking in the oven.

Mix the tuna, soup, and about a cup of milk together and add salt and pepper to your taste. When the noodles are ready, ad them to the mix and stir it well.

Spray a casserole dish with no - stick spray and then pour the mix into the pan. Tear up the bread into small pieces and put on top of the casserole. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350. Take the foil off and bake for 15-20 minutes more until the bread crumbs are toasty.

Eat it up.

INGREDIENTS
3 cups cooked macaroni
1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups French fried onions
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a 9x13-inch baking dish, combine the macaroni, tuna, and soup. Mix well, and then top with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 25 minutes, or until bubbly. Sprinkle with fried onions, and bake for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.

Some prefer crushed potato chips instead of the fried onions.

1 12oz package wide egg noodles
2 teaspoons salt
8 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp butter
2 cups chopped broccoli (about 1/2 lb)
2 cans (6 oz. each) tuna, drained
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz)
2 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/3 cup milk
1 Tbsp cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup crushed potato chips

1 Preheat oven to 400°F.

2 In a large (6 qt) oven-proof pan, bring 4 quarts of water to a boil. Add 2 teaspoons of salt. Add noodles. Just before pasta is al dente (earliest cooking time minus 2 minutes), add the broccoli and cook for 2 minutes. Drain in a colander and set aside.

3 While the water is heating and pasta cooking, dry sauté the mushrooms in a frying pan on medium high heat. When mushrooms have given up their moisture, remove from heat and set aside.

4 After the pasta has cooked and is draining in a colander, use the pasta pot (the oven proof one) to heat 2 tablespoons of butter. Sauté the onions until translucent. Add the pasta and broccoli mixture back into the pot; add the mushrooms. Mix together. Add the tuna, can of cream of mushroom soup, grated cheese, milk and cream, and mix together. Add salt and pepper to taste.

5 Sprinkle crushed potato chips over the top and cook for 20 minutes at 400°F in the oven, until the topping has browned.

Serves 6.
