hi

Parboil them for about 5 minutes then roast in the oven in very very hot olive oil until nicely brown and crisp.

fry it. use the oil wisely.

Get them cold - keep in ice for a while.

Ahhh... crispy fried or crispy crunchy cold?

add corn floor plus maida.( fine wheat powder) 1:1 or 2:1bater so prepared dip the desired veg. and fry in oil deep fry. you add egg white too if you want

Slice thin, season, Bake or fry with just a little bit o' oil (too much makes the veg. go soggy.)

Good luck

PS don't let them burn

grilling is one of the choice

wash them in very cold water before preparing them. works very well with lettuce and other vegetables

first dip them in flour with salt and pepper and then fry them till golden brown....they wil be yummy and crispy
