Fresh Peaches...?!

Fresh Peaches...?

I have peach trees,the peaches are very ripe,so i picked a bunch of them.Does anyone have any ideas on what to cook with them? I already have a really good peach cobbler recipe so i don't need any more of them,Thanks!

4 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
1 TB lemon juice
Combine in blender; puree. Pour into ice cube trays; freeze.

peach crisps

6-7 large peaches
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup sifted flour
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup margarine


Put peeled, sliced peaches in shallow baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix flour, oats, and brown sugar. Cut in margarine with pastry blender. Press over peaches. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until peaches are tender.

or
peach ice cream

2 qts. fresh peach puree
juice of 2 lemons
1 tsp. almond flavoring
1 pt. whipping cream, not whipped
2 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups finely chopped peaches

Select ripe peaches. Peel if desired(not necessary), pit and puree. Mix first four ingredients. Combine peaches and sugar; mix until sugar is dissolved. Combine all ingredients. Pour into a ice-cream freezing can and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.

you could puree them freeze the for use in peach ice cream,
peach drinks, and cooking
zyou could sugar slices and the freeze them for use in peach shortcakes, pie or whatever you would fresh peaches.
You could make peach preserves, peach salsa ...yuuuum

mmmmmmmmmmm love love love them! slice, sprinkle with sugar, set aside - eat plain, with ice cream, yogurt and granola. also... make jam and preserves! mmmmmm... make peach ice cream... even peach wine (my grandpa makes this! too delicious!)

Peach Crunch Cake

INGREDIENTS:
1 can (approx. 22 ounces) apple, peach or apricot pie filling
1 package (1 layer size) white or yellow cake mix
1/2 cup water
1 egg
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup melted butter


PREPARATION:
Lightly butter bottom and sides of a 9-inch baking dish. Combine cake mix, water, and egg; beat for 4 minutes on medium speed of electric hand-held mixer. Pour batter over the pie filling; sprinkle with coconut and pecans. Drizzle the butter over top of batter. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

Frozen Peach Pie - Peach Sundae Pie

INGREDIENTS:
1 baked and cooled 9-inch pie shell
1 quart vanilla ice cream
2 cups sliced fresh or frozen peaches
1/2 cup sweetened crushed raspberries, fresh or frozen

PREPARATION:
Spoon ice cream into cooled pastry shell; top with sliced peaches. Spoon crushed raspberries over the peaches

Peach Bread Pudding

INGREDIENTS:
1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk, scalded
1 2/3 cups water
2 eggs
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 slices buttered bread
1 1/4 cups ripe fresh peaches, sliced, sugared, or frozen, thawed and sugared

PREPARATION:
Beat eggs with sugar, flavorings, and salt. Combine the milk and water; beat into the egg mixture. In a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole, layer the bread, milk mixture, and peaches until all ingredients are used. Set casserole in a pan of hot water and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
