Help i have a George Foreman lean mean contact roaster i don't have the manual?

need to cook a pork roast need instruction fast it has a on/off button, time up and time down button and timer display it appears to be the 4 quart model

i have searched on line couldn't find anything i have been to salton web site the page for the manuals will not come up

For a 4-5lb roast it says to cook on the inverted wire rack for 160-180 min at 160-170 degrees

You might could DL it online from an Acrobat file or something; check the GF website..... or check ebay and see if anyone is selling one.

Get on-line

youll need the model number , then go to esalton.com and find it. They have most of the foreman manuals on their site to download.

If you dont know the model go there and browse their foreman roasters until you see the one that looks like yours. Thats what I had to do with my foreman grill.
