What kind of fish do you like, and how do you cook it?

Answers:
Beer battered halibut, or just a tuna sandwich
Grilled tuna...marinated with hot mustard, salt, pepper. Grill for about 10-15 min. on each sides... Yummmo!
I love cod until i moved to florida and had some shook. Its a white flaky fish and can be ry or bake its delicious try it if you can.
Haddock bake or fry
I love salmon and trout. They are so tasty even if you cook them on their own without adding anything. I cook them in a really hot pan, 2 minutes on each side. Capers and sour cream go really well with them both but if you want something a bit different try making a dill (goes perfectly with salmon), cream and cracked pepper sauce. Serve with steamed beans and baby potatoes, or just a simple crisp green salad. Yum :)
I love many types of fish. One of my favourite ways of preparing it and eating it is as sushi. Just make sure it's fresh, though...

I like oven roasted sea bream (in parchment or aluminum foil) with garlic, parsley, salt and olive oil.
FISH AND CHIPS
2 lbs fish fillets (any white fish)
1 cup pastry flour
pinch each of garlic and onion powder
pinch of paprika
1 teaspoon minced parsley flakes
1 egg
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
milk
Can't make it to your favorite seafood shack? Make this one at home. It's ready in no time.
Note: If you can't find pastry flour, combine 1/2 cup of cake flour with 1/2 cup of all purpose flour for this recipe.
Heat oil to 365°F.
Mix together flour (s), baking powder and salt until well combined in the bowl of a food processor or blender.
Add 1 egg and remaining ingredients. Pour in enough milk to make a batter which is rather stiff so that it will cling to the fish.
Pat fish dry using paper towels. Dip fish into batter, then drop into hot oil. Fry, turning over once, and remove using a slotted spoon to drain on paper towels. Season immediately with salt, to taste.
Serve with potato chips or hot fries
Honey, I am from Mississipi.....FARM RAISED CATFISH! Rolled in a cornmeal/flour mixture (with some other seasonings...salt,black pepper, cajun seasoing) and deep fried.
