Moroccan Roasted Potatoes


Ingredients
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) melted butter
1/4 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp. or more to taste Mild Moroccan Seasoning Salt
4 large peeled or unpeeled russet potatoes, cut into wedges

Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; add potatoes and toss to coat. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Bake at 425° for 35-30 minutes or until potatoes are browned and tender. Turn once during baking. Makes 4-5 servings.
