How do you fry an egg?!

Question:

How do you fry an egg?

how do you cook an egg over easy?

Answers:
if you want a nice egg yoku: put a pan on a stove for 20 seconds... put a bit of oil or a small piece of butter(tastes best with butter) ... when the butter melts - break an egg against the pan or use a knife (and pull the egg apart so it falls on the pan).... put a tiny bit of salt and pepper if you want... and make sure you are using low heat... it is done once the egg whites turns white (move the egg whites a bit if it is not being equally cooked).

p.s. use bread to dip into the egg yoke ... it is yummi

1/2 tsp olive oil, 1 TBSPN butter. Melt in saute pan. Crack egg into pan over med heat. When the egg white starts to solidify around the sides, losen from the pan. and flip. Cook for 30 seconds until cooked to your liking. This is for OVER EASY.

First - don't use too big a pan. You want everything to 'stay in place'.
Put on medium heat with enough butter to coat the bottom and a little up the sides of the pan.
Crack eggs directly into pan. When whites are firm but top is liquidy - add salt. When eggs move about the pan without the uncooked part sliding off the whites, do a flip (you don't even need a spatula). Turn off the heat. Count to ten. Your eggs are done.

Things You'll Need

* nonstick cooking spray
* spatulas
* frying pan
* butter

* 2 large eggs

Step One
Over medium heat, warm a small amount of oil or butter, perhaps 1 1/2 tsp., in a small (8-inch) skillet, or spray the pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Step Three
Cook until the white appears solid, about 3 to 4 minutes.

Step Four
For basted eggs, put 1 tsp. or so of melted butter over the yolk.

Good Luck!!

ask your neighbour. They will show you, incase you dont know what a frying pan look like and cant see the difference between a stove and an oven.
