think you mean mousse? could try using carnation and jelly mixed and whipped up makes for an ok substitute. you make jelly with a small amount of boiling water then whip in carnation when its cooled but not set

Beg you pardon: do you mean Mousse au chocolat?

i don't like moose.
the antlers are too tough

Yup just chop the antlers off and chuck it on the barbie.

moose!!!!!!! ha ha ha oh thanks for the laugh i needed that badly

I always fry my eggs with moose, along with chips.

Moose is excellant in fajitas, or as a roast. or do you mean mousse?

1 (10 or 16 ounce) package of silken tofu
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips(add another 1/2 cup of chips if you use the larger amount of tofu)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
a splash of soymilk

Melt the chocolate chips, use a little soymilk to help melt or make it smooth (not more than 1/4 cup)
Blend in food processor or blender with the tofu and vanilla until smooth.
Put in individual serving dishes if you are making it for company or just stick it in a bowl if you are eating it yourself
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Also great as a pie if you put it in a graham cracker crust.

Quick Chocolate Mousse

INGREDIENTS:
* 1-1/2 cups heavy cream
* 5 oz. bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/8 teaspoon salt
* Possible garnishes: shaved chocolate curls, raspberries, mint leaves, strawberries, raspberry sauce

PREPARATION:
1. In a small saucepan, over high heat, heat 1/3 cup of the cream just to a boil.

2. Put the chopped chocolate in a bowl and pour the cream over it. Whisk until combined and the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

Allow the cream/chocolate to cool, then whisk in the vanilla and salt.

4. Beat the remaining cream to stiff peaks. Add the chocolate mixture and beat on med-low speed until the mixture forms soft peaks.

To serve:
Spoon the mousse into small bowls or stemmed glasses and chill until ready to serve. Garnish just before serving.
