How do you prepare and cook fresh frog legs?!

Question:

How do you prepare and cook fresh frog legs?

Answers:
I usually rinse them, pat them dry with a towel, beat 2eggs with 2tbs milk, dip in milk/egg mix, coat with seasoned flour (1/2 flour & 1/2 seasoned bread crumbs mixed) and pan-fry in peanut or soybean oil til done. Very tasty. Also, you can leave out the bread crumbs and just use seasoned flour, or you could use crushed up potato chips or crushed up corn flakes.

Here you go...

that so nasty, your disgusting! I'll bet you put catsup on your eggs too

Yum,...I like to rinse and lightly dry them ,...then after sprinkling with "old bay seasoning" & pepper, dip into a beaten egg mix,...then dip into a 50-50 mix of cornmeal & flour, shake off excess and fry in your choice of oil,(I like corn oil) until golden brown.
If per-chance your legs are huge, remove from oil after frying them and place in a shallow pan and finnish in your oven,...this will likely only take about three- five minutes.
Good-Luck and Here's to good cooking ;o)

BBQ sauce and grill em.
