Is it possible to make Tikka Masala with beef?!

Question:

Is it possible to make Tikka Masala with beef?

Usually its "Chicken Tikka Masala" but all I have is beef in the freezer and I don't get paid till tomorrow. I have made a habit out of making all of my lunches on Sunday and want to know if it can be done with beef? Has anyone tried? I am just wondering if the spices will work. I don't want to make a whole bunch and be stuck in the mud if it doesn't work and I don't have time to make just a little bit to see if its going to work.

Answers:
I would think it will work, why not? the sauce is excellent! It's like making beef stew but using chicken instead. Sounds deliciouis to me and I LOVE INDIAN food!!! :-)

Sure -- I've had Lamb Tikka Masala, and it was excellent, too. I wouldn't see a reason why it wouldn't work, the beef might give a bit stronger flavor than chicken, tho, so you may want to add a little extra spice to it.
