How do you make an omlete?!

Question:

How do you make an omlete?

~~~How do you make a really good "wow em" omlete??
Answers:
Scramble a couple of eggs. Cut some ham, mushrooms, onion, cheese, whatever you like, into smallish peices. Grease a small frying pan with butter or pam and heat in on medium-high heat for a minute or so. Pour in the eggs and let them cook for about 15 seconds before adding the fillings to one half. Let it cook a little while, until the bottom is solid enough to fold in half. then just cook until the egg is to your prefered doneness; I like it slightly browned, but some prefer it still entirely yellow.
Well i put egg parsley onions and some garlic
You cant go wrong. Order for it!!!
eggs (obviously :) ) garlic salt, parsley, french onion, mushrooms, cheese - and bacon if u like it.
yuuummmm infact ill mae one now :)
to make an omelet you have to break a few eggs
You can't go wrong with Ham, Cheese, and Mushroom. In the south they put the eggs in a blender with some oil first to aerate them for a very fluffy omelet. I don't care for it but some people love it!
I've always heard that you have to break a few eggs.
Eggs & a little milk, definitely needs cheese & whatever meats or veggies you want to put in it.
Beat 2 eggs ( that is for two people eating, depending on how many people are eating) in a bowl. ( 5 sec )
Then add half a tablespoon of sugar. And beat the eggs again ( 10 sec)
Then add, half a tablespoon of soya sauce. Then beat the eggs for anther 30 sec.( 5sec )
And you can fry it in the pan.
It will smell nice, and tastes yummy!
The secret to making any eggs is to make sure your skillet is hot before you add the eggs. Not hot like the oil is smoking (that is always too hot), but hot enough that your eggs start to cook immediately after putting them in the pan.
A simple omelet is to heat your oil in the pan. Use a little bit more than enough to cover the bottom of the pan. I prefer Mazola oil or butter.
Break your eggs in a shallow bowl and add just a little milk, cream, or water. Beat them with a fork until they are mixed, but don't over beat them.
Pour the mixture into the pan. Working from the middle of the pan towards the out edges, kind of swirl the eggs so they don't burn. As they start to form, lift the edges and tipping the pan, let any raw egg run to the edges.
Just before the eggs are totally cooked, remove the pan from the heat and cover it for 1 minute. This will finish cooking the eggs without over cooking them.
Have a warm plate and gently slide the omlete out, folding it in half when you plate it.
If you like saute onions in oil or butter until they are clear and then add your eggs.
After you plate them, add warmed nacho cheese sauce and top that with warmed picante sauce. Garnish with chopped green onions, or crisply fried crumbled bacon.
Delicious!
I know this is the lazy mans way out.... but I love making my omelettes in the microwave! It takes just minutes and comes out all fluffy!!!
You'll need to buy a special omelette maker for the microwave.... then add like 3 eggs to either side of the omelette maker (less eggs if you want a smaller omelette)
whisk the eggs gently with a fork - or a small whisk..
heat on high for about a minute then add your extra toppings.. and heat for another 30 secs.... then open the microwave and close the omelette maker... and heat for another minute... takes about 3 minutes in total... and veryyyyyyyyyy delicious!!
Depending on what you're making it for... whether it be breakfast lunch or dinner.... just mix and match foods... e.g
Breakfast - diced tomato, onion & ham or bacon with grated cheese (LUV THIS STUFF!!)
Enjoy!! I get lots of taste bud pleasure out of making my omelettes this way.... and I know I won't burn it!!! LOL
