Any good trout recipes?speckeled trout?

I'm an amateur chef and need a simple yet tasty recipe for speckeled trout. I'm not the best best cook at all. I need a reciepe with with only a frew ingredients preferabley.

BAKED SPECKLED TROUT

4 med. trout filets
1 sm. onion, sliced
1 lemon
1 bell pepper, sliced
1/2 stick butter
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Vegetable spray or garlic spray

Spray baking dish with vegetable spray or garlic spray. Place filets in dish; squeeze juice from lemon over fish. Slice butter into pats and place on top of fish. Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder, sliced onion, and bell pepper over fish. Let stand for 1/2 hour, then bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.

keep it simple is my advice, trout is a brilliant fish at this time of year
Season the trout fillets on both sides with salt, and flesh side only with white pepper (othrwise the pepper will burn)

Add a knob of butter to a medium-hot pan, turn the heat down to medium-low and pan fry the seasoned trout fillets skin side down. When nearly ready, squeeze lemon juice over them and remove to rest for 3 mins.

Toss together the following salad ingredients:
A decent mix of salad leaves (endive, radiccio, gem hearts)
Handful roasted almonds
Finely sliced spring onions
Diced, deseeded fresh tomato

Dress with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and pile onto a plate. top with the trout fillets, and your done!

If you want to go a step further, pan fry somepancetta lardons until crispy, and add to the salad. Top the whole dish of with a hot, soft centered poached egg, and enjoy

Baked Trout.
Remove head and tail and make two or three slices to the bone in each side.
Sprinkle with salt and some lemon juice. Place on, a bed of lemon slices, from the lemons you have squeezed for the juice, on a piece of tinfoil.
Fold into a parcel and bake at 170C for about 15 minutes.

Baked Trout Recipe :

* 2 trout
* 2 oz butter
* 1 tbsp chopped basil
* 1 tbsp chopped chervil
* 2 tbsp chopped parsley
* 1 clove crushed garlic
* 1 chopped shallow

Lemon Sauce

* 4 oz butter
* 1/2 lemon
* 2 tbsp lemon juice
* 2 tbsp fish stock
* lemon segments for garnish

Mix ingredients (not lemon sauce) together and spread over one side of the trout (use any left to fill cavity). Bake for rougly 20 minutes at 425 degrees F.

Lemon Sauce - In a small pan add the lemon juice, lemon juice and the fish stock - boil and serve.
