When is the pork chop done in a deep fryer?!

Question:

When is the pork chop done in a deep fryer?

Answers:
Don't turn the heat on too high, cut a slice in one chop so you can pull it out and see the inside during the cooking process. Make sure it's not underdone. Enjoy.

i can tell just by looking at it. a pork chop usually floats in the grease when its done and has a nice deep brown color to it.
