Can you freeze hearts of palm?!

Question:

Can you freeze hearts of palm?

how about canned artichoke hearts. (they're leftover, I never use a whole can...)

Answers:
I freeze what I don't use in canned artichoke hearts so I don't see why you can't freeze hearts of palm. Be sure to use it within 3 months.

:o)

yes they can freeze. Just try with a little portion and you will see.

i dont know... wouldnt it be the same concept as lettuce?? that is doesnt freeze because its made of mostly water??? you have seen some of the lettuce at IC that was frozen.... so i would say try it and if it doenst work then you know! good thing they arent that expensive! good luck!
