What is the best cheesecake receipe and the easiest?

I had one that called for one egg, one cup of flour, Lost it. Does anyone have it? Think it came from Ann Landers old column.

Easy Caramel Pecan Cheesecake

2 pkg. (11.1 oz. each) no Bake Real Cheesecake
1/4 cup sugar
10 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
2 Tbsp. water
2 cups chopped toasted Pecans, divided
1-1/2 cups Caramel Topping, divided
3 cups cold milk

MIX Crust Mixes, sugar, margarine and water in large bowl until well blended. Firmly press half of the crumb mixture 1-1/2 inches up side of 9-inch springform pan. Press remaining crumb mixture firmly onto bottom of pan, using bottom of a dry measuring cup. Sprinkle 1 cup of the pecans onto bottom of crust. Drizzle with 3/4 cup of the caramel topping.
POUR milk into large bowl. Add Filling Mixes. Beat with electric mixer on low speed just until blended. Beat on medium speed 3 minutes. (Filling will be thick.) Spoon into crust.
REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour or until firm. Run knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake; remove rim of pan. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup pecans and drizzle with remaining 3/4 cup caramel topping just before serving. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.

Easy cheesecake recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 (1.3 ounce) envelopes whipped topping mix
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 fluid ounces cherry brandy
DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Mix well and press into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, mix the whipped topping powder as directed on package and beat until thick. Cut the cream cheese into small cubes and drop them into the whipped topping, one at a time, while beating. Pour in the cherry brandy and beat another 5 minutes at high speed.
Spoon the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate 2 to 4 hours, or until set.

Buy a brick of Philly cream cheese and they always include a recipe on the inside.

I used to make their lemon cheesecake because it's great for diabetics when you use Splenda and make the crust from diabetic cookies, but you can totally experiment with the flavors when you have the base and that's just what Philadelphia provides.

It's the easiest cheesecake I ever made.

Apple Cheesecake Recipe
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 4 graham crackers - crushed
- 8 ounces cream cheese - softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups thinly sliced apple - peeled
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
sliced almonds for the top to garnish

* Mix butter, 1/3 cup sugar, flour, almond extract and graham cracker crumbs in a bowl.
* Press mixture over the bottom and 1 inch up the sides of a 9 inch springform pan.
* Mix cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, egg and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
* Pour mixture over prepared crust.
* Toss apples with 1/3 cup sugar, egg and vanilla in a bowl.
* Spoon apple mixture over the cream cheese mixture.
* Sprinkle with almonds if desired.
* Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.
* Reduce oven to 400° and bake for 30-40 minutes longer or until the center is set.
* Cool in the pan.

look on the back of a kraft's philadelphia cream cheese box for the recipe. my sister used to make it all the time, and she can't even cook.
