A nice medium well done juicy steak with A1 sauce, some garlic flavoured mashed potatoes, buttery corn on the cob and may be some velveeta macaroni and cheese with bacon bits in it, a nice salad, some iced tea and a slice of pumkin or cherry pie for dessert. mmmmm

I made bbq ribs, butter beans, and augratin potatoes. Definitly a fav. at our house. Yummy!

Depends on the day and who will be home for dinner.
We love pasta, we make homemade spaghetti, lasagna and sometimes just a quick dish of diced up chicken cooked in olive oil and garlic when the pink is gone we add some al dente pasta to it and toss it while it is still in the skillet, sometimes we add mushrooms and broccoli to it.
We like to make tacos or fajitas, boneless/skinless chicken works great with some fajita seasonings, serve on warm tortillas with your favorite toppings.
Grilled steak with hashbrowns too, yum

Mediterranean Penne! I ripped it off of Brio and Bravo--restaurants in Ohio, not sure if they're everywhere.

Pretty easy. Put a box of penne on to boil (I use whole wheat).

Carmelize a sliced or chopped onion and a standard package of sliced mushrooms in olive oil. Add a few cloves of minced garlic and some chopped up sundried tomatoes. Throw in about half a package of fresh baby spinach leaves and cook until JUST wilted. Mix with the penne, then sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and toasted pine nuts. Tasty!

Steak (rare), baked potato w/ butter, corn on the cob, fried mushrooms, and a garlic sauce. Washed down with a nice cold beer. Yum yum. OR a roast chicken or roast lamb dinner with all the trimmings. Also, a nice traditional kiwi thing is mince on toast (sounds weird, I know). Just fry up a huge pot of minced beef with chopped onions, throw in a few veggies if that's what you fancy and just chuck in anything you can think of from your pantry and biff it on some toast with lots of butter. I sometimes like to top it off with a couple of poached eggs too. Also, don't forget the ketchup!

Fresh baked with butter and a little pepper 10 min. at preheat oven at 350. Mahi Mahi fillets, mashed potato'buttered, grilled corn on the cob,Asparagus,Paradise iced tea lightly sweetened, dessert warm apple pie a la mode.

Cheese and meat and bread Fondu is Fabulous for guest if you want to stay home. Its easy, fun and if done right inexpensive, just add a nice cheesecake for dessert and top with a game of scrabble!

My step-mom made this, and is was YUMMY! You can get it off of www.foodnetwork.com under "Artichoke Spinach Dip". Instead of fresh spinach though she used canned spinach, and we used crab and heavy cream. I hoe you enjoy. Tip: Eat for a snack (with chips), or with brats to the side. Enjoy!

I pretty much love mexican food, so many possiblities....

stuffed artichokes!!!
INGREDIENTS
6 whole artichokes
3 slices Italian bread, cubed
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
5 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Snip the pointed tips of artichoke leaves, and cut off the stems. Wash and drain. Holding artichoke firmly by base, firmly rap the top of it on a hard surface; this will open it so it can be stuffed.
In a medium bowl combine bread cubes, garlic, parsley, Romano cheese, oregano, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, salt and pepper; mix well.
Press about 1/2 cup of stuffing into each artichoke. Tightly pack stuffed artichokes together in a large heavy saucepan or Dutch oven. Add enough water to reach half way up artichokes and add 3 tablespoons oil.
Bring to a boil over high heat; reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 1 hour, or until leaves pull out easily.

grilled ribeye steak (medium well) a piece of garlic toast, and a baked sweet potato with plenty of butter. i also like to drink a tall glass of lemonade or a glass of iced tea without lemon.
