you melt some butter and put in some sugar and cook it until it's blended and starts to turn brown, take it from the heat and add some vanilla and that's it. Good luck

1 cup firmly packed brown sugar (200g)
100g butter, chopped
300ml cream
place sugar and butter in a medium saucepan over high heat; using a wooden spoon, stir in the cream. Once butter melts, bring sauce to boil (to prevent it boiling over, either lower the heat or remove pan from heat for a moment). Stir sauce constantly until completely smooth; serve while hot.
Caramel Syrup
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon white corn syrup
PREPARATION:
1. Boil the water, sugar and corn syrup to the hard-crack stage or 310° on a candy thermometer.
2. When it reaches this stage, remove from heat and set into cold water to stop the cooking.
3. Remove from the cold water; the syrup must remain hot to be used.
Apple Caramel Syrup:
30 min
10-20 servings
4 pints plus maybe a little more.
4 cups apples (with juice)
3 cups sugar
1/2 cup Karo syrup
1/4-1/2 cup Mrs Richardson's caramel topping (I am sure a person could use reg. caramels and melt them in the kettle while cooking too)
1. I happened to over cook my apples after I peeled and cored them so they were to soft to even try to get them out and drain them.
2. (I had a canner full of apples.) So I mashed them with the juice, (left some lumps) and came up with this recipe.
3. You can use it as Ice cream Topping, or Pancake/waffle syrup.
4. I put the apple mixture in a kettle and heated.
5. I added the sugar, Karo Syrup,& Mrs.
6. Richards Caramel Topping and brought to a boil for a couple minutes and put into pint jars and process them for 30 minutes to make sure they sealed.
