Is it o.k to feed my dog little pieces of freh fruit?
Answers:
Yes, dogs can and do eat fruit. Wild dogs, domestic dogs, all eat fruit! Dogs are omnivores and can eat almost anything. Fruits are mostly water. After that, the major nutrient in fruit is soluble carbohydrate - simple sugars providing energy. Fruit contains lots of fiber. It also contains vitamins, enzymes and antioxidants. Fruits are whole foods, containing minerals, small amounts of protein and small amounts of fat. Two nutrients present in most raw fruits, vitamin A as carotene and vitamin C, make fruit a valuable food for your dog. The enzymes present in raw fruit, also make it important as part of your dog's diet, particularly if your dog is past middle age and showing the beginnings of degenerative disease.
Though not compulsory it does add variety to their diet.

I am a veterinarian.
if your dog likes it why deny him/her that pleasure :)
Yes sure its OK, but they need other food as well other wise his going to stay hungry!!!
It should not do the dog any harm, but beware - dogs' digestive systems are not used to fresh fruit and you may see a little diarrhoea
Absolutely, as long as that is not all you feed him. Go slowly, if you feed him too much at once it may cause a little diarreah. My old labrador loved persimmons, when they would ripen and fall on the ground he would eat tons of them, never caused him any harm other than an occasional case of the runs. My friend fed her dog banannas as a treat.
As long as he is getting a balanced diet on top of that all will be fine
Just no onions or chocolate, I have heard thye are bad for dogs, though I used to have a dog that loved raw onions, she would grab them if you left them within her reach. A friends lab ate a small bag of M&M's every day, I guess it was the chocolate that finally did her in at the age of 17yrs old....haha
This isn't really an answer but I thought I'd tell you anyway. Years ago I had a beloved doberman and she adored eating grapes! I don't know if she liked the taste or if she just liked the popping sensation when she bit into them. She wasn't past pinching them out of the fruit bowl on the table. She was a beauty and, 30 years later, I still miss her.
if your dog like it then yes.
Don't feed him any grapes, as few as 7 grapes or raisins can kill a dog.
Keep the seeds and pits away from as many are toxic, such as apple seeds, peach pits and many more. Just the fruit.
I don't see any harm. I know my cat likes broccoli, french fries and barbeque chips LOL......and will play with fresh parsley for hours LOL......
