Whole grain/Low Glycemic index ideas or recipes?
I have already been really turned on to bulgar, I've found almost any pilaf recipe can be made with it? Can anyone else suggest any ideas?

My big thing lately is quinoa. I use it as a substitute for rice, and it also does make a lovely pilaf.
For a Southwest flavor, mix with cheese, salsa, and black beans for a spicy and heathly side dish.
Toss with sauteed spinach and garlic, with some olive oil and lemon juice.
