Easy breezy:

You can cook them in some olive oil and garlic.
You can dice them up and cook in olive oil and garlic and add some mushrooms or broccoli or both and serve with rice or over pasta
You can also just put them in a skillet and once they are about done add BBQ sauce to them right there.
You can cut into strips, cook until the pink is gone and add an envelope of fajita seasoning, some cut up onions and peppers and serve on warm tortillas with sour cream and taco sauce.

Boil them

Just boil em. Can't get any easier than that!

BBQ it on the grill outside

dang everyone says the same thing, except....then add a sauce like a bbq sauce, yummmmmmm

i marinate mine in soysauce, garlic powder and some sugar or honey. let it sit for at least 30 minutes. then cook in oven, covered with foil, for 30 minutes, then uncover for another 15 minutes to brown. cook at 350 degrees.

the marinade should be thick, like BBQ sauce (so put in more sugar or honey until correct consistency).

i like to put 2 tbsp of milk 2 tbsp of mutter 2 tsp of garlic mix together put ontop the chicken add cheese cook at 350 for 30 minutes covered with foil until ready its easy

I like lemon pepper. If you're in for more traditional recipes, use BBQ sauce. Enjoy!

Bake them, then put some tomato sauce, oregano and Parmesan cheese on them.

just cut them in strips and do sweet and sour

Heat a large pot with a little water (or oil). Brown the breasts. Drain the liquid off. Add one jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce. Let it cook for about an hour...serve over rice or noodles. My husbands favorite meal and so easy. It's even better as left overs the next day.

Campbell's Soups have some great recipes.

Bake the chicken with cream of mushroom soup on top.
-or-
Grill it on a George Forman Grill.
-or-
Cut into strips and saute--serve w/ rice.
-or-
Cut into chunks, dip it in egg and flour and bake it
-or-
Dip it in mustard and then flour it. I like to then fry it but my friend has baked it and likes it that way too. It's actually good with pork chops too.

LIghtly brown the chicken in a pan with olive oil and a few herbs like garlic and basil. Then place a slivered large sweet onion over the chicken (1 onion for each piece of chicken - I like onions :-) on medium heat and cook until the onion begins to carmalize (sp?).

When the onion starts to turn golden brown add 1/4 to 1/2 cup spicy brown mustard and mix throughly. Cook until the onions are completely carmalized and serve.

Bake it bbq

Try baking them! Mrs.Dash has this marinade, its called 10 minute marinade, and it has like 3 or so different flavors, and you just need to marinade them for 10 minutes, put them in the oven at 350 degrees, cook for about 15-20 minutes on each side (sometimes longer or shorter depending on how thick they are, just until they are cooked through, you don't want to cook them too long or they will be really dry) and there you go. I did this the other night and my boyfriend loved it, he even took the leftovers to work for lunch the next day. And trust me, if I can do it, then its not complicated AT ALL!! (I am not a cooker, and this was my first time baking chicken, and I am also a country cookin/eating girl from ga!). Good Luck! :-)

Oh, I just got the BEST recipe EVER.

Preheat oven to 400o

Get some PROGRESSO ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS (in a blue can)

Get some GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE

Get some EGGS

And about 2 TABLESPOONS of VEGETABLE OIL

Depending on how much chicken you're making, I would scramble, in a bowl, 1 egg for every 2 pieces of chicken breast.

In another bowl, make an equal mixture of parmesan cheese and progresso italian bread crumbs.

In a large pan, heat the oil on medium to medium high heat (depending on gas or electric stove).

Take the raw chicken breasts, one at a time, dip them in the raw egg, and then in the bread crumb mixture. Make sure the chicken is completely coated.

Then place it in the pan and brown the outside for about 5 minutes on each side. Once both sides are golden brown, place in oven safe pan and bake for about 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Chicken should be juicy inside, not dry.

If you skip the pan cooking step, the bread crumbs will become soggy on the bottom side of the chicken in the oven and fall off.

VERY DELICIOUS MEAL!

Make with some mashed potatoes, corn, and salad.

white breasts

brown them on both sides nicely
season them with a tad of S&P
remove them and add 1 cup hot water
then make a slurry out of 1 cup milk and 3 tablespoons flour
pour into pan and bring up the heat
it should thicken nicely
slice the breasts diagnolly and add them back to the pan
serve this on rigatoni pasta or white rice og spaghetti noodles

Brown the breasts in a little butter, just to get the outsides golden, for looks (they'll still be raw on the inside) (or skip this step if you don't want to do any frying at all). Place the breasts (browned or otherwise) in an ovenproof container/no lid (an au gratin pan or brownie pan will do nicely). Top each breast with one can of Campbell's soup Cream of Chicken, no water or milk added. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Serve with white rice, spooning some of the sauce that's created onto the rice. If you're feeling fancy, use rice pilaf. This is cheap and delicious, and works well with chicken thighs as well.

Soak them in a baggie with bottled Italian dressing and then bake until done. Delicious and very, very easy!

place chicken breast in electric skillet or any frying pan that you can cover add just a little water and cook on each side for a few minutes then pour about one fourth cup teriaki sauce over chicken cook for a few more minutes and add one jar mild salsa to pan cover and continue cooking turning occasionaly untill chicken is done serve chicken with sauce poured over it, really good, better served with a slice of swiss cheese on top.
